Access to a coach who specializes in body transformations for weddings regardless of where you live.

 

We love helping people look and feel confident on one of the most important days of their lives and don’t want to be limited to only working with people locally.

 

If you need someone to help motivate you through a workout or have a specific imbalance or injury that needs addressing then in-person coaching is definitely a better option. Other than that, everything else can be done equally well online through email and video calls.

Set Up

 

The goal of the setup phase is to determine where you are, where you want to be, and plan out the most efficient way to get there. The detailed application process allows us to get to know each other as well as what strategies will work best for your body and your life. If you choose to become a client the setup phase will cover:

 

  • Macronutrient (proteins, fats, and carbs) and calorie targets with meal templates and guidelines on how to make your nutrition plan fit the foods you like and your lifestyle.

  • Guidelines for how to track progress and rules for adherence.

  • A training program built specifically for your goals, experience, and schedule.

  • Movement analysis to assess any general imbalances and movement competency before programming any compound lifts (ie. squats, lunges, etc).

 

Ongoing Support, Accountability, Assessments/Adjustments

 

Any training and nutrition plan needs to be adjusted over time for continued progress.

 

  • Progress assessments are done every two weeks. This is when any necessary changes will be made to make sure you keep progressing.

  • You’ll gain your fitness independence. We are coaches, not trainers – that means we look for referrals not for you to be our client forever (but if you like us and want to continue that makes us happy too). Through this process, it’s our goal to teach you how to live a healthy life and look great without our help.

Typically between 20-40 years of age, beginner to intermediate strength training experience.

 

Those that want to look great.

Usually, those looking to lose fat and build lean muscle in the right places.

 

Those that IDEALLY have a MINIMUM of three months before their wedding.

We aren’t here to take your money; we want you to look amazing. For us to do our job properly we need time to get to know you and your body. Providing you with anything less wouldn’t feel right. You can certainly make great progress towards your goals in less than three months and we encourage you to do so but we want our clients to feel like they get more than what they paid for.

 

Those that are serious about their results.

WEDDING (BAR)BELL coaching isn’t an overnight transformation and while it isn’t extremely difficult either, it does require a serious commitment and consistent effort.

The application process is designed for us to get to know each other and decide if we will be a good fit before you make a commitment.

 

1 – Apply to the waiting list (form below)

2 – When a spot is open and your turn arrives I will send you our application form.

3 – You’ll receive expectations and predictions based on your goal, current, state, and the amount of time we have to work together before               your wedding.

4 – If we agree on things and you’re happy with how we think we can help you pricing information and payment details will be sent over.

5 – Coaching starts.
